This is the large version of the Ople Vase, part of our Darcy vase collection. This collection encompasses a great mix of traditional and contemporary shapes. The Darcy Ople Vase combines a contemporary shape with a timeless colour that will suit modern minimalist and cosy country chic homes alike. The natural stone finish to this elegant vase allows you to layer extra texture into a space and the slim neck of enables the stylish display of a small number of stems.
The Darcy vases team beautifully with our faux flowers and are intended for faux rather than real flowers: if customers wish to display real flowers in them, they must use a florist's cellophane wrap to contain water.

Orders to non-mainland UK addresses (e.g. Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands) will incur a delivery fee - these will be confirmed at checkout.

- For some products the option to upgrade to express / next day delivery may be available - if applicable, price options will be displayed at checkout
- When buying more than one different item, your order may be split into more than one parcel and be delivered by a different courier

Tracking your Order
On dispatch you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to track the delivery of your order. Following receipt of this dispatch confirmation email please contact the courier company direct should you have any queries.
Order Delays
If we become aware before dispatch that the delivery is going to be delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Please note:
- You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Return
To start a return, please contact us at returns@decorsanctuary.co.uk. We will provide you with a return address label and clear instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure you get proof of postage, as this will be required in the case of your returned item being lost in transit (without proof of postage we are unable to issue a refund).
Damages and issues
If your product is faulty or has been damaged in transit, we will of course issue you with a replacement. Please contact at us chat@decorsanctuary.co.uk and provide us with your order number and full details including photos of the damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased (in whole or in part) with gift cards.
Exchanges
We don't offer goods in exchange for the item(s) you return. Of course, once you have received your full refund you can order an alternative product from our website.
14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Notification
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
